The above prices are per room per night (2 persons) and doesn't include breakfast. There are offers depending on the season and the lenght of stay.
Child under 2 years in a baby cot : Free of charge.
One older child or adult in an extra bed: 25 € per person per night.
Single use of room: 15% discount
Use of the accommodation until 18.00 is incurred with a 50% charge of the daily rate, and past 18.00 it is charged as a normal day.
Confirmation of reservation
In order to confirm any reservation, 25% of the total amount is needed as a deposit and if it is only for one night, then you must pay the whole amount in advance.

Cancellation of reservation
There is no extra charge for any cancellations 21 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount is charged.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged.
If customers don’t show up, then the whole amount that was agreed for the accommodation is charged.
